It all started when our team experienced a massive hosting outage that took client sites down for 8 hours. We needed to find a reliable alternative, but we were completely overwhelmed by the options. Some hosts were way too expensive, others had terrible performance, and many had support that was essentially non-existent. It was taking forever to test everything and find what actually worked.

We ended up testing 30+ hosting providers before finding ones that delivered, but even then we got hooked on the testing process itself.
